Justin & Darlene Allen have been licensed Real Estate Agents in the State of Mississippi since 2002. After a short hiatus from real estate in 2009, they went to work for Adams Homes and then reopened their real estate brokerage, Smart Design Properties in 2012. The same year, they started working with award winning custom home builder, Elliott Homes.
In 2016, they purchased the rights to open a NextHome Franchise named “NextHome E-Realty” with the focus on being more paperless and tech driven. They also started Blue Suede Media, an in-house media company that provides professional Real Estate Videos, Photography and 3D Virtual Reality Real Estate Tours.
In 2018… the Gulfport office welcomed Cheryl Johnson as principal broker with a Jackson County office and other locations coming soon.
As a full-time real estate professional, Cheryl prides herself on offering superior personal service to all agents in our office. The agents are her clients as she is there to support and help them whenever it is needed.
She has broad experience beyond real estate, including corporate marketing for several national companies and more than ten years in the home improvement and decor industry.

Our Agent Fee Structure is as simple as you can get. We offer two models; a monthly flat rate fee and a net commission income fee. In either case, there are no surprises. No extra corporate fees, period. Just your Broker/Agent split remains with cap.
We also offer our agents the option to change plans every six months. Why change plans you ask? One common reason is seasonal. During the slower winter season agents go can on the commission split. Then when the busy summer arrives agents can switch to the monthly flat rate. Great option isn’t it?

At NextHome E-Realty, fees are kept low. There are no desk fees, no broker review fees, no website fees, no technology fee.
The franchise fee is flexible and is charged at a low, flat per-month charge or on a per transaction basis. You can change the way the fee is paid every six months. Why change plans you ask?
